Every notebook is made by hand, one at a time. Here’s how orders are packed, shipped, and what to do if something isn’t right.

Processing
Notebooks marked Available are ready to ship and leave the workshop within 1 business day. Commissions are made to order; your timeline is confirmed when the batch opens.
Shipping
Orders ship via USPS with tracking from Anderson, South Carolina. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. At this time, we're unable to ship internationally.
Returns & exchanges
In-stock notebooks can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Please reach out to me if you'd like to return your notebook and I'll send you a return shipping label. Keoni Studio covers the cost of returns.
Commissions are made to your specifications and are final sale.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, write to me within 10 days at hey@keoni.studio with your order number and a photo (if applicable). I’ll make it right.
Leather & variation
Vacchetta leather varies from hide to hide and develops a patina with use. Natural marks, color variation, and change over time are part of the material, not defects.
